8 December: Monday chugglehormton.
Another big log. If you follow this blog, you know this is unusual for me. My turds are usually soft. But I've been eating yogurt and kimchee lately and drinking kefir (Google it). So I've been ingesting a lot more beneficial bacteria. And that has changed my poo. I think for the better. I don't care so much about the logs, but I've only been pooing once a day in the morning, and that's HUGE. And I will admit, the big logs are more pooagenic. So my advice to my readers (and to be clear, I'm not a doctor and this is not medical advice) is, if your BMs are continually soft, or you're pooing multiple times a day, trying getting more beneficial bacteria in your diet. Yogurt, kefir and fermented food like kimchee.
