Plooped this out after two sips of coffee after waking. Definitely a beefy poo whilst not being a log. Orange poo and VERY pungent. Yes, I have continued eating yogurt and kimchee and drinking kefir. I hope I'm doing good for my gut microbiome. Ultimately I just want to crap once a day. This was a pretty good looking poo. Good poo pic. We'll keep on trying.
