Dropped a big, long log. So far, Monday was the only day of the week when I crapped more than once in a day. So I think the gut microbiome is getting healthier. I think the kefir and the kimchee and yogurt is working! This poo was very interesting--dark brown nodules in the bulk of the light between blorp. And this was a hefty poo. Good effort.
