Big, fat Saturday load. For the last couple of weeks my poos have been more solid. And I firmly believe it's because I added gut-beneficial rich foods to my diet. For the most part I've been crapping once a day in the morning. That's big for me. I've always said poo comes in all shapes and sizes, but I'm starting to think that my gut microbiome has been out of whack. So I will continue to eat kimchee and yogurt and drink kefir. I think it's making a difference.
