Had a poo Friday. It felt really good coming out, but it's not very impressive. But, it's still poo, right? Going for better. Maybe my colon is getting lazy. Not doing the hard work to make really classically formed poos. I'm going to have to give my colon an ultimatum. Better poos or else. Or else what? Have to think about that...
