So I started the week off with a nice poo. How many times have you heard that in this blog? A couple. That's okay. If it works, it works. Poo is poo, and I know why readers of this blog are here. They're here for poo, not witty dialog.
Mostly, my poo is brown. Sometimes a little orange, sometimes a little green, sometimes a little dark. That's okay. You're poo doesn't look like mine. We're all different. We all come from different backgrounds and eat different diets. So our poos will look different. And that's okay.
