6 October: Tuesday plootherstrinyed.

Got up late this morning, and had to poo whilst brewing my coffee. Fairly substantial poo. Kind of a load. Definitely an orangish brown, starting off harder, which is normal. This poo is more loaves that shplats. A little more solid poo. Good poo pic. Still haven't started the Metamucil--will let you know when I do.
