14 October: Wednesday scumpchodler.

Mid week poo. Very orange poo. Straight from my bunghole. Yep, the old bung has been busy lately. Lots of pooing. It's actually quite irritating. Poo first thing in the morning. Then more poo squirts throughout the day. Ugh. Still mulling the Metamucil. Will advise. And I will keep pooing.
