10 October: Saturday chimenstruebling.

Another poo that got me out of bed. Feel the rumblings, get out of bed, go downstairs and then run to the bathroom. Still haven't started the Metamucil. Maybe today? Stool was loose and PUNGENT. Really, just a messy, yucky poo. That's enough.
