7 August: Sunday chuggablurtz.

LOOOONG poo log. This usually happens after a cheat day--an big, healthy log. It didn't feel like the log would be this long. It didn't feel like it coming out. But that's the way the poo extrudes: it never looks like you think it will. This is a serious effort. I'm very proud of my colon. It does good work.
