10 August: Wednesday spladdleborger.

I don't think I pooed Tuesday. I had to come into to the office Tuesday through Thursday for training. Woke up very early Wednesday, had a cup of coffee and read, and had to poo. BEFORE I took a shower. That's key, as I've discussed before. Shit, then shower, whenever possible. And it was a ploop. A pool of poo. Poo soup. But exciting. But still poo
