So, I didn't think I would poo on Tuesday, even though I ate a LOT. Right before bed, I dropped a huge liquid load. It was a pile of goop. Not pooagenic. Then I didn't crap at all Wednesday or Thursday. That happens sometimes when I try to stay low carb. And nothing was brewing Friday either.
I then decided to give the poo a kick-start. I mixed a glass of water with a lot of salt. And that did the trick. An hour later, I dropped this plop. Not exciting, but it did evacuate my bowel. I wanted to do that before my weekly weigh in at 6.
