So, I decided to go low carb as of last Sunday. In Friday, I was down 5 1/2 pounds. In 6 days. Low carb works, folks. For anybody who's interested, Google "slow carb diet." The first time I did it, I took the supplements Tim Ferris recommended. I'm not taking them this time, and I don't think you need to, if you're considering this diet. But the diet works. But going low carb affects your poo. You don't poo as much. No doubt about it. Sundays poo was pretty cool. Light brown and glunky.
