So, it's the Sunday following a cheat day. For you newbies, that means on Saturday I typically eat or drink anything I want. Which makes for some interesting poos. This one wasn't that interesting. Sorry. Sort of a cross between a plop and a mound. So--we have a "plound." Soft, brown and uninspiring. Once again--sorry. Too soft to make a really good log. <sigh>
