So, yesterday was my regular cheat, and cheat I did. I ate carbs, and drank carbs. I feasted and farted. And this morning, I took a healthy dumper--as you can see. I took pictures of the poo with my phone: one with flash off and one with the flash on. I decided to post pictures of both, because they look completely different. Almost like different poos. The pic below, with the flash, looks like it's covered in spider webs. The pic at the bottom is without the flash. If you look carefully, you can see the light reflecting off my head, in the reflection off the surface of the water.
