I didn't poo yesterday. I was expecting to after lunch, but it didn't happen. The first thing I had to do this morning was poo. nice big, solid poo. Not like my regular, soft-serve poos. Best of all, I didn't have to wash my hands after, because I jumped right into the shower. And I was fresh all day.
