I showered this morning, and then 10 minutes later, while I was still at home, getting ready for my trip into work, I had to poo. REALLY poo. One of those times you really feel like you've accomplished something after a poo. I didn't have to push (I rarely do), but I felt a LOT of poo coming out. A big, steaming pile for your appreciation. Unfortunately, that means I went to work uh-fresh. And will remain so until the shower after my lunch workout. <sigh>
