25 Aug: Thursday fuzzy poo.

Poo was fuzzy this morning. I have no idea why. Sometimes it just turns out this way.

eNjoy.

  1. hey there, I found your sample when I was looking for "candida stool samples."

of youve had constipation, overweight, or other issues, you might want to research candidasis on your own.

    just trying to help.

    1. If you mean Candida, or yeast infection, I highly doubt that is a problem with my poos. I googled it and it seems to be a problem everywhere else BUT the bowel.

    2. The intestines and bowl is the first place yeast infection tends to start...

    3. I've never had an issue with constipation, or other issues (other than a bloody stool, but that's hemorrhoids). I am a bit overweight, but I'm not sure how that would correlate with a yeast infection. If you have specific information, I'd love to hear it. Billy

  2. I'm dealing with the same thing, and have been so constipated, then after I finally poop it looks just like this.

    1. I don't know, man. I virtually never get constipated. But it seems like constipation would cause really big, hard logs. Good luck.

    3. As I've said before, as far as I know, I'm perfectly healthy. My internist and gastro doc have given me a clean bill of health. Two colonoscopies have come back normal. As I've said many times, poo comes in all shapes and sizes. Just because your poo doesn't come out as big, solid, brown log doesn't necessarily mean there's anything wrong with you. If you're concerned, go see a doctor and get checked out. Best of luck. Billy

    1. Except I have no symptoms of that. Google is my friend. What makes you say this?

    2. Hey Ketan, can you please explain? Ive been having gastro pain and poop that looks like this for months and am having trouble getting a diagnosis.

    3. Who's Ketan? I don't know what you want me to explain. I don't have gastro pain. I've said several times that I have, for the most part, normal bowel function. But sometimes my poo looks pretty weird. If you're concerned, see a gastroenterologist.

  4. Ive been struggling with candida since 2017 and THIS IS what my poos look like all of them! from the fluffs to strings to white patches IVE SEEN EACH of your photos in my own toilet, this is candida poop. Im seeing a doc for it. Sister has it too. Oregano oil extra strength 3 times a day helped to restore to brown formed stool. Lower carb and sugar and fruit intake.

    1. Candida overgrowth happens in the small intestine where endoscopies and colonoscopies don’t reach. My edg went 3meters into my small intestine and my GI couldn’t diagnose me bc she couldn’t find anything.but I knew I still had a problem from bloating, constipation, I couldn’t drop weight, think or concentrate, or keep a stable mood. I took fluconazole for 2 weeks and some gas x, and symptoms alleviated. (Yeast gets in the blood and targets the thyroid when the gut lining is more permeable btw)
Now I’m taking Candibactin br (ar was too strong) and I’m pooping like crazy and it looks fluffy like yours. Candibactin is able to break down bio films of all things so it helps to knock anything out infection wise plus it support the liver and gallbladder which is where most disease can begin to build if these organs are clogged. If your really concerned and don’t want to guess, get a comprehensive stool exam and confirm, I’d say. I didn’t, because I had Sibo and h pylori already, so I figured fungal over growth was the final straw and I was right. Even if there’s more, I’m still abiding by a “debugging” protocol for all gut infection types. Nonetheless, if you have anything , Candibactin is what most practitioners recommend along with diet changes. And of course you can take the conventional route and alternative route which is what I did.

      Best regards

    2. I've gotten multiple comments on this picture and people seem to think it's indicative of severe Candida infection. I just don't think that's the case. Everybody has some Candida in their intestines. And overgrowth can cause problems. I just don't have any other symptoms that would indicate a Candida overgrowth. I don't have cramps or bloating or constipation. I don't have a problem concentrating or keeping a "stable mood." And my poos almost never look like the poo pictured. So--there you go.

  7. Is it possible this is from a parasitic infection? My poop has looked like this for the last year. I’ve been on antifungals and nothing changed so I really don’t think it’s candida. I’m really thinking I have parasites.

    1. But what kind of parasite? My poo almost never looks like this--this was a one-off. So if it was parasites, I cleared them.
