3 August: Sunday glonchtermoipen.

So Friday was my last day on antibiotics. I didn't notice a bug change while I was on them. Obviously antibiotics will screw up a person's microbiome. Hopefully mine will get back to normal soon. The last week has been hit and miss: I'll crap one time one day, and four times the next--with the first poo bring "normal," and the others being squirts that come after eating.  This was a hefty poo, and was followed by two poos later. Ugh. Crapping four times a day can be tough on the old bunghole. But I'll soldier on.
