Dropped a poo Tuesday. One poo. One poo all day. I really appreciated my colon for that. I've been pooing less lately, but one poo was nice. Not a bad looking poo. Kind of....grunchly. I guess. Interesting dark greenish color. Good contrast. Good poo pic.
