19 August: Tuesday sporkinjimny.

Nice to settle back into a one-poo-a-day habit. It's a lot easier on my bunghole. Good looking poo. Again, a lot of colors and consistencies here. Definitely a glumpy poo. A poo that has a lot to say. It didn't really have the chance because I flushed it immediately. That's what I do with poo. Better than saving it, right?
