19 August: Saturday florpgoobing.

Didn't poo yesterday. Has a couple of cups of coffee this morning and I had to poo! Considering how hard my stool has been lately, this was a surprise. Felt like a normal poo as I was flexing my bunghole, and then it just came out in a glorp. Poo splat. Poo plop. Plop plop. Not a good poo pic, more like poo soup. But still poo.
