13 August: Sunday horkinjumpty.

Another HARD poo. Normal, orangish brown color. This one was a struggle to squeeze out of my bunghole. I mean, really. Almost painful. I now know why people have heart attacks taking a dump. Not a bad looking poo--i just wish I ended up with a bigger poo for all that effort. There you go
