8 January: Saturday ploogerboinkin.

Thursday's poo was a mess--watery and not pooagenic. I didn't poo yesterday. And pooed immediately upon waking this morning. And the first poo is a nice looking poo. If I do say so myself. This makes it all worth it. Long, rich, brown poo log. Almost too bad I had to flush it. You're welcome.

Second gloop came after a bacon double cheeseburger from Wendy's.
