Has a cup of coffee this morning, and then had a nice poo. That's what I do. I poo. And I blog. This is another nice looking poo. All kinds of texture and granularity. An expert could probably tell exactly what I ate, the previous day, from this poo. That's all I eat l want--perfectly transparent poo.
