Didn't take very long for me to blorp this out after waking. Haven't been eating the good foods so my stool has been soft. I need to commit to yogurt and kefir every day. This wasn't an exciting poo but it was PUNGENT! So, it had that going for it. Kind of, glommy, maybe? Going to get my first glass of kefir of the week now!
