18 February: Saturday phlobberwunkt.

Didn't poo yesterday, Friday, and I carbed up pretty good last evening. Due to that, I was expecting a decent poo this morning. And my bowel didn't disappoint. This is a big, fat, beefy load. Greenish brown and scrumpy. Beefy. Right in the middle in consistency, so this induced a lot of wiping. That's okay. I poo, I wipe. Another poo cave about an hour later but it was liquid. Big poo day.
