Day off today--woke up late. Had a cup of coffee, and then had a nice poo. Sat down, unflexed the ole sphincter, and this load came flumpering out. That's the way it goes. I enjoy the feeling of having a nice poo, but, unfortunately, the feeling doesn't last long. But hey, I'll take what I can get
