26 June: Saturday plooperkrantz.

This poo made itself known before I got out of bed. About 5:30 am and I could feel the old familiar rumblings. But I ended up walking up because I couldn't get back to sleep. I pooed about half way through my first cup of coffee. Once again, this poo came churning out of my ass. Nice looking poo pic. Nice, clear brown. There you go
