So, yesterday was cheat day. It was also vodka and rum day. Woke up late this morning, and unsurprisingly, I immediately had to poo. I could feel it coming on when I was still in bed. So I did what I do best: I had a nice poo. And this is a good looking poo. If I do say so myself. There you go. You're welcome.
