30 March: Tuesday double fluntchutney.

Had a nice poo about an hour later I woke up. Doesn't take long for the coffee to start working. I thought that would be it for the day. Turns out I had more poo true wanted to be liberated. After a big bean salad bowl from Chipotle, I had to poo again. The salads do it to me every time. I thought it would be all liquid, but it turned out to be big chunks in gravy.
