Worked out at the gym at work. In the morning before starting work. Then showered and went to my desk. And then had to poo. Yep. The poo waited until after I worked out, and then showered, and THEN it decided it was time. Idiot poo. Idiot colon. Sometimes the timing just doesn't work out.
