Woke up this morning, had a cup of coffee, and waited for the men's final at Wimbledon. And sure enough, the coffee triggered a nice poo. Had beer and wings and a big Philly cheesesteak sandwich for dinner last night. Couldn't really see that in this morning's poo, but it was a fairly decent poo.
