So, I cheated last night and drank beer at a party. The party was catered by a winner of the Food network show Chopped. And the main course was roast pig. Whole roast pig. They set up a smoker in the front yard and smoked the whole first pig all day. It was delicious. I do love my swine...especially when it's right off the bone.
