25 July: Thursday choldquibny.

Second Thursday poo. Came after lunch. Very solid log .. Most second poos are soft. Not a bad looking poo log. Substantial. Can't ask for much more in a second poo. Interesting texture--not sure what the yellow bits are. 🤷
