26 January: Friday flobchobble.

Haven't pooed since Monday which means this is a 4 day load. That's pretty much the way it is if now. I take the Wegovy on Monday and I don't crap until Friday. And that's after taking a laxative. Ah well. That means significantly less poo pics. My 2023 total count was way down. But, I have been losing weight. I'm down at least 25 pounds. Part of that is I haven't had any alcohol since New Year's Eve. I think I'm going to make the whole month without alcohol. Yay.
