17 July: Sunday chlorchunksky.

This was a serious poo log. I mean, SERIOUS. It didn't feel this big sliding out of my bunghole. Really. It felt like a regular poo. Yesterday was chest day. And I dare a lot yesterday. Really. I got a HUGE lasagna delivered. Huge. I thought there was no way I'd be able to eat the whole thing. And I did. So, a lot of food, a lot of carbs yesterday. And that made for a serious poo today. SERIOUS POO. And a really good poo pic. This is what I strive for. This is what work for. There you go. You're welcome.
