21 May: Thursday cholgertrunz.

So, didn't poo Wednesday, so this is a two day load. It felt quite substantial coming out. Took a little push to get it all out. Nothing, and I mean nothing, beats taking a good crap. Well, maybe sex. But having a really good sit-down is a close second. And this one felt good coming out. I rate this glop/log a 6 1/2.
