23 Feb: Saturday dramphledoople.

Didn't poo yesterday, Friday. This morning, I woke, has a cup of coffee, and had to poo! And I had to push this bad boy. Really had to push. It was solid. Definitely a change from my normal poos. This one was a big, fat, solid log.
