This poo came about 20 minutes after I got work. I was in the gym at work to work out. I pooed before the workout. That should have meant I'd be fresh for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I crapped again during the day at work and then again when I was at Lowe's, looking for construction glue for my house. (Crapping in a public toilet is always a little icky, but when you gotta go, you gotta go.) And yes, my ass was a little sore after the third wipe.
