So, I'm out of town, in a hotel. I'm up very early, for a meeting. And I woke up earlier still. So I have a cup of coffee, as soon as I wake up, trying to get something going in my bowels. I wanted to take a dump BEFORE I took a shower--I always feel fresher that way--as I've discussed previously. But it didn't work. So then I started to do push ups and jumping jacks--sometimes physical activity will get the old dump juices going. And it worked. The result is below.
