So, today the plan is to work out at lunch. So I have a couple of quick sips of coffee, before I shower. And as I'm brushing my teeth, I feel a crap coming on. And there she blows...a baby log, BEFORE I shower. Anyways the way to do it to germ fresh before going to work.
