25 Mar: Tuesday ploof.

So, yesterday was a regular day, but as I've said before, I've been eating more and more carbs on days I'm not supposed to be cheating. Which goes to how difficult it is to maintain a low carb diet in the long term.

So I went to see a movie, and had half a hot dog (in a bun) and popcorn. Lots of carbs. And that resulted in lots of big turds this morning. My loss (and eight gain) is your gain!
