Got back from the beach the day before yesterday (Labor Day). Soft, regular poo. Last poo before I change the way I eat.
Today, I start a Biggest Losercompetition at work. I'm changing my diet to a low(er) carb diet--no sugar, no dairy, no white starches: no bread, no pasta, no rice, no potatos. So that means I'm eating a lot of meat, eggs, beans. no BEER! Cheat day on Saturday. Can't wait to see what it does to my poo!
