3 June: Sunday quergle.

Feasted yesterday, ate pizza and drank beer. Yes, it was cheat day. I ate all of the carbs I wanted to. And this morning's poo was a normal poo. Nice brown chunks.

2 June: Saturday florbunk.

Fasted the day before, feasted Saturday. Fairly normal poo. Good looking chunks. Nice poo.

1 June: Friday flugle.

Working from home again Friday. Fasting until 6 pm. This was poo plop. Not as gooey as Wednesday's poo. But really exciting, but a poo is a poo.

31 May: Thursday trungle.

Still low carb, but this poo is a little more normal. Work poo, though, so the lighting is jacked. Sorry

30 May: Wednesday ploople.

Still cutting way back on carbs, so no poo on Tuesday. Wednesday's poo was dark and soft, like soft serve ice cream. Meaning I really had to wipe to get clean.

Beginning of the work week, and I'm working from home. Started off the morning with a nice poo!
