So, my bowel woke me up early this morning. Every once in a while, once or twice a year, I get these really intense intestinal cramps. They always happen at night, in the middle of the night. They wake my up, and come in the these intense waves. And the only thing that will stop them is to take a dump. I guess something gets knotted up and bound up and the pressure has to be released. It's usually not a pooagenic poo. Like this one. I rate it 3 stars. Feel free to rate it too.
