Tuesday work poo. This came after lunch, which is a bit unusual. Had a big burrito bowl for lunch and when I got back to my desk I felt the familiar rumblings. Burrito bowl into stomach, pressure on small, then large intestines, rectum fills with poo, and it's time to go!

Post cheat day poo. Taken in the main floor bathroom...the one that gets all of the good pics. Not as good as Saturday's pic...But still a good pic. You can really see the folds and crevices.

Back at home, crapping on my favorite toilet. After my Friday fast day. And this of a nice poo pic. Better than those fluffy poo pics I take at work. Nice, sold, well formed looping log. This is what I work for. This is what I know you like.
