7 July: Monday moop, meatball, crab poo.

So, yesterday was a "regular," non cheat day. The idea is to keep carbs to a minimum. So, no beer, no pasta, etc. I had a bowl of chili for lunch, and crab legs and meatballs for dinner. Oh....and carrots and hummus. Good stuff. I had a couple of glasses of wine while watching the Walking Dead. So what you see below is crab poo. Or hummus poo. You decide.

6 July: Sunday 3 poo soup.

So, I had a bowl of chili today mid afternoon and that led to the I"s familiar rumblings. And that resulted in the poo soup below. Not very exciting...but I'm committed to bringing YOU, my fans, my poo.

6 July: Bonus second Sunday poo!

I guess I ate more pretzel dogs than I thought I did....

6 July: Sunday Pretzel dog poo.

So, the first thing I do after waking is crap. I hadn't even had coffee yet. And this the result. Regular cheat day fare yesterday, including several beers and pretzel dogs, resulted in a pretty substantial poo.

I'm getting a Vitamix blender soon and I will be imbibing lots of green smoothies. Can't wait to see what it does to my poo!

5 July: Saturday loggettes.

So, yesterday was the 4th of July, America's Independence Day. We Americans celebrate this holiday with gusto. It was a cheat meal for me, so I drank beer and ate brats hot off the grill. Delicious. And that made for a nice poo this morning.

4 July: Independence Day poo.

So, I didn't crap yesterday. I thought I had one brewing after lunch, but it never came. We saw a movie yesterday, Deliver us from Evil--a bit too long, but pretty spooky.

So I woke up this morning and had a cup of coffee. And the poo urge came almost immediately. So I crapped and the result is below. Started solid and ended as a plop. Oh we'll.

2 July: Wednesday ploop.

Took this poo right after I got to work. Felt like I had a big one being..so this plop was a bit disappointing.
