Sunday, morning after my cheat day. I ate McDonald's breakfast. drank beer, drank rum and coke, and ate potatos yesterday. Like Saturday morning's poo, a much more normal looking poo. Nice soft little poo loglets.
But I'm back to the normal diet today, so we'll see how my poo looks tomorrow.

Sep 17 - A New Poo!
So--I decided to fast yesterday until sundown. I didn't anything. And then I started my Saturday cheat day early on Friday night and drank beer and had some pizza.
And this morning my is much more normal looking. Very nice looking little poo loglets. I like it!

Monday morning.....very soft poo pat. A week after I changed the way I eat. Lots of beans. The poo looks darker than my normal poo, but doesn't really come out that way in the pics.
Oh yes--a week after we started our biggest loser contest and I lost 5.8 pounds. We'll se if I can maintain that kind of weekly weight loss.

5 days after I started the new diet. Yesterday (Saturday) was my cheat day. Pictures haven't been turning out. Poos have been soft, looking darker. This poo looks soft, but morenormal.

Sep 7 - Diet Poo!
First poo on the new "diet." Eating a lot beans, so more fiber, so softer poo. Not very pooagenic. Just a plop.
