5 May: Tuesday glumph.

Another pre shower poo. I like the way that's timing out.  Wake. Coffee. Poo. Shower. Go to work fresh. And in this particularly good picture,  you can see a bit of red pepper from the salad I had yesterday!

4 May: Monday splorph.

So, I was working all weekend, out of town. Carbed it pretty good all weekend. Had a huge brisket sandwich yesterday for lunch. And this poo is the result. as has been happening lately, I woke up at 5 am, had a cup of coffee, and immediately had to poo. THEN shower. AND fresh going to work. :)

3 May: Sunday glormph.

So, full cheat day yesterday.  Ate pop tarts in the morning,  a huge 5 Guys bacon cheeseburger and fries for lunch,  and drank 4 beers in the evening. And this morning's poo is the result. I'm traveling,  so this is travel poo. The bathroom was dark, so the lighting is off a little.
